My below mentioned daily 60 minutes class order covers all aspects and categories of yoga and gives overall health fitness.
  1. (10 MINUTES) – Yogic breathing and whole body parts’ stretches
  2. (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new asanas (body postures)
  3. (10 MINUTES) – Systematic breathing exercises
  4. (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new pranayams ( breathing techniques)
  5. (Last 10 MINUTES) – Alternate weekdays
    • MONDAY – Mindfulness meditation
    • TUESDAY –  Zen Meditation
    • WEDNESDAY – Transcendental Meditation
    • THURSDAY – Surya namaskar ( sun salutation) and Yognidra (body scan meditation)
    • FRIDAY – Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)

  1. (10 MINUTES) – Omkar chanting with yogic Breathing to bring the mind in present moment, and 6 (ATR) Attentive muscles and joints Tension Relaxing stretches, before Starting Asanas
  2. (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 New Asanas (doable with comfort and ease under my observation and instructions)
  3. (10 MINUTES) – 3 Stage Yogic breathing practices (abdomen torso chest ) To Make Breath calm, Steady And Controlled Before Starting Pranayam
  4. (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 New Pranayam Techniques ( combinations of traditional basic pranayama practices to make them more effective and beneficial )
  5. (Last 10 MINUTES) – (ALTERNATE 5 DAYS)
    • MONDAY – Mindfulness Meditation
    • TUESDAY –  Zen Meditation
    • WEDNESDAY – Transcendental Meditation
    • THURSDAY – Yognidra

  3. Three kinds of meditations (mindfulness meditation, zen meditation and transcendental meditation)
  4. Yognidra (body scan meditation)
  5. Some non traditional unique breathing exercises (swa-iso breath, valmik breath, gold nugget breath, parshuram breath)
  6. Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)
  7. Self observing shavasan

Pratishji has been our yoga teacher for the past month. We are taking classes as a couple. Couple of things that stand out in his teaching 1. He let's you go at your pace and encourages you to know your body limits and works around them. 2. It is not a mechanical and mundane class, where you just do one thing after the other without taking breaks or understanding what it does to your body. It is a class with right pauses and conversations between the student and the instructor. 3. He always emphasizes some key points - when to inhale and when to exhale, the right posture, the right method and the right pauses. 4. Lastly, all his classes are a complete class meaning you don't have to do anything more after that. It has all the components: Stretching- aasans-breathing- pranayam- meditation. We have not been able to do all in one class, because we might have slowed down, but I am looking forward to a class with all the elements.
