- (10 MINUTES) – Yogic breathing and whole body parts’ stretches
- (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new asanas (body postures)
- (10 MINUTES) – Systematic breathing exercises
- (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new pranayams ( breathing techniques)
- (Last 10 MINUTES) – Alternate weekdays
- MONDAY – Mindfulness meditation
- TUESDAY – Zen Meditation
- WEDNESDAY – Transcendental Meditation
- THURSDAY – Surya namaskar ( sun salutation) and Yognidra (body scan meditation)
- FRIDAY – Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)
My Scientifically Designed Daily One Hour Class Teaching Order is mentioned below. It covers all aspects and all major categories of yoga and gives complete mental and physical health fitness
- (10 MINUTES) – Omkar chanting with yogic Breathing to bring the mind in present moment, and 6 (ATR) Attentive muscles and joints Tension Relaxing stretches, before Starting Asanas
- (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 New Asanas (doable with comfort and ease under my observation and instructions)
- (10 MINUTES) – 3 Stage Yogic breathing practices (abdomen torso chest ) To Make Breath calm, Steady And Controlled Before Starting Pranayam
- (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 New Pranayam Techniques ( combinations of traditional basic pranayama practices to make them more effective and beneficial )
- (Last 10 MINUTES) – (ALTERNATE 5 DAYS)
- MONDAY – Mindfulness Meditation
