About My Set of Teachings
During the monthly 20 sessions of 1 hour I teach following yoga practices
- 60 asanas (body postures) doable with ease and comfort under my observation and instructions
- 50 Pranayams ( breathing techniques) unique combinations of basic traditional pranayams
- Three kinds of meditations (mindfulness meditation, zen meditation and transcendental meditation)
- Yognidra (body scan meditation)
- Some non traditional unique breathing exercises (swa-iso breath, valmik breath, gold nugget breath, parshuram breath)
- Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)
- Self observing shavasan
My weekly sequence of teaching
My below mentioned daily 60 minutes class order covers all aspects and categories of yoga and gives overall health fitness.
- (10 MINUTES) – Yogic breathing and whole body parts’ stretches
- (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new asanas (body postures)
- (10 MINUTES) – Systematic breathing exercises
- (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new pranayams ( breathing techniques)
- (Last 10 MINUTES) – Alternate weekdays
- MONDAY – Mindfulness meditation
- TUESDAY – Zen Meditation
- WEDNESDAY – Transcendental Meditation
- THURSDAY – Yognidra (body scan meditation)
- FRIDAY – Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)
