About My Set of Teachings

During the monthly 20 sessions of 1 hour I teach following yoga practices

  1. 60 asanas (body postures) doable with ease and comfort under my observation and instructions
  2. 50 Pranayams ( breathing techniques) unique combinations of basic traditional pranayams
  3. Three kinds of meditations (mindfulness meditation, zen meditation and transcendental meditation)
  4. Yognidra (body scan meditation)
  5. Some non traditional unique breathing exercises (swa-iso breath, valmik breath, gold nugget breath, parshuram breath)
  6. Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)
  7. Self observing shavasan

My weekly sequence of teaching

My below mentioned daily 60 minutes class order covers all aspects and categories of yoga and gives overall health fitness.

  1. (10 MINUTES) – Yogic breathing and whole body parts’ stretches
  2. (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new asanas (body postures)
  3. (10 MINUTES) – Systematic breathing exercises
  4. (15 MINUTES) – Everyday 3 new pranayams ( breathing techniques)
  5. (Last 10 MINUTES) – Alternate weekdays
    • MONDAY – Mindfulness meditation
    • TUESDAY –  Zen Meditation
    • WEDNESDAY – Transcendental Meditation
    • THURSDAY – Yognidra (body scan meditation)
    • FRIDAY – Jalneti (respiratory tract cleansing process)
